Weight Loss Tip Of The Day

Become aware of everything you are eating while you are eating it. This means you do not work, read or watch TV while eating. When we eat and do other things at the same time, we generally continue to eat long after we become full. We also feel less satisfied because we didn’t enjoy what we ate.

Enjoy each piece of food that goes into your mouth. You will become satisfied faster, eat less and lose weight quicker.
